Something special is taking root in the south east corner of Glastonbury Festival as Shangri-La, now in its 18th year, presents The Wilding.

A new landscape of possibility is emerging, seeded with imagination, rooted in resistance, and fertilised with rebellion. Here, nature is rightfully placed centre stage. Basslines permeate the soil beneath your feet,
while art grows wild, ideas are propagated
and radical joy flourishes.

Stumble upon sculptures sprouting from the soil,
sit in the shade of curious structures,
or simply get lost in the undergrowth… whatever path you take, dig beneath the surface.

Shangri-La Glastonbury’s joy-filled music line up for 2025, across four new stages, The Shangri-La Stage, Luna, Lore and Azaadi, and the returning Nomad

Shangri-La’s line up for 2025, focuses on moments of joy, community and togetherness. There will be four new music stages, Shangri-la Main Stage, Lore, Luna, and Azaadi.
The only returning area will be Nomad, which is a space for the underrepresented to unite, and take up space.

Stages

THE SHANGRI-LA STAGE

The Shangri-La stage will be surrounded by the PoliNations Trees, originally created by Trigger, now reimagined to explore themes of love, loss and land.
This new arena will bring a raw and defiant energy soundtracked by Shangri-La’s most eclectic, boundary-pushing lineup yet and a nightly AV spectacular not to be missed.
LUNA

Housed in a stunning dome, LUNA lights up the night with the brightest
dance music talent.
A space for bass music lovers where every beat is a new orbit. Big Moth Energy!
LORE

LORE is where roots run deep, a hotbed of raw sound and rebellion.
Where music becomes myth and a new generation gathers to worship at the altar of the underground.
NOMAD

Nomad is a space for the underrepresented, where protest and celebration meet .
Here we unite through collective joy and resistance and party with groundbreaking music collectives.
AZAADI

Azaadi means freedom, and this is the place to feel it.
A celebration of South Asian music, culture, and spirit, all under a canopy of vibrant colour. This year’s South Asian space is a collaboration between Going South and Lila Music.
